I design and build secure, scalable systems with a focus on reliability, maintainability, and real-world use. My work spans web applications, integrations, payments, and enterprise platforms.
Maxin Browne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Electronics from the University of the West Indies and a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity and Forensics (Distinction) from the University of Westminster, London.
With over 20 years of experience in Information Technology, he has made significant contributions to national digital infrastructure. He was the sole architect and developer of the IRD Property Tax Cashiering Module, in use since 2013, and the architect and developer of GOVPAY, the government’s payment platform.
He currently serves as a Senior Software Developer at ITSD, contributing to the design and implementation of core applications supporting the government’s Digital Transformation Project.
